Bareheaded, draped and cuirassed bust right; c/m's: Θ in two incuse circles.
Rev: CIΔHTΩN.
Two helmeted figures (Athena and Roma?) standing facing one another, clasping hands and each holding spear; between, small agonistic urn set upon table.
